Abstract submission (for 3+ years PhD students and up to 5 years PI)

Participants who wish to present their work at the Satellite Event are kindly invited to submit an abstract via the designated submission form. The deadline for abstract submission is 30 April 2026.

Submissions are open to PhD candidates who have completed at least three years of their doctoral studies, as well as Principal Investigators (PIs) within five years of starting their independent research position.

Abstracts must be submitted as an .odt or .docx document and should not exceed 2000 characters (including spaces). Each submission must include the following elements:

Title of the abstract
Author names (presenting author indicated)
Institutional affiliations
Abstract summary

All abstracts will be evaluated by the organizing committee, and selected contributions will be invited for presentation during the Satellite Event.

Please note that registration for the Satellite Event is required in order to submit an abstract. However, payment of the registration fee will only be requested after authors have been notified of abstract acceptance.
