Welcome to the ECFS Conference 2023 Group/Team Registration!

 

The deadline for both GROUP & TEAM registrations is 16 May 2023.

 

The GROUP registration (> 10 participants) process is as follows:

• Please complete the following form carefully. All boxes marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory fields. You have the option to fill in boxes not marked with an asterisk (*) to provide additional details.
• The contact details entered in the form will be used for communication with the Group Manager.
• If you are registering a participant as ECFS Member or in a reduced price category, please note that a proof of the status or the membership number must be sent to the ECFS 2023 Registration Department by the next applicable deadline.
• A payment order will be automatically sent to your email address. Please note that payment can only be made by bank transfer.
• The ECFS Registration Department will send you a name list template by email after you have completed the registration process.
• Both the payment and the fully completed name list must be provided by the next applicable deadline.

 

The TEAM registration process is as follows:

 

A team of three people (from the same CF center) is entitled to a Team Ticket. The Team Registration is available for Allied Health Professionals (Nurses, Psychologists, Physiotherapists, Dieticians, Social Workers, Pharmacists, Laboratory technician and Clinical research coordinator) only.

The badge can be used by 1 person at a time.

Please note that:

• There will be no refund for registrations which are paid for but not used. After the group registration deadline (16 May 2023), registrations are only possible made individually.
• The ECFS Registration Department cannot be held responsible for double bookings of an individual participant or group made by another company or organisation.
