ECFS Conference 2026 - Group/Team Registration

Welcome to the ECFS Conference 2026 Group/Team Registration!

The deadline for both GROUP & TEAM registrations is 12 May 2026.

The GROUP registration process is as follows:

Please complete the following form carefully. All boxes marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory fields. You may also fill in fields without an asterisk to provide additional details.
The contact details entered in the form will be used for communication with the Group Manager.
If you register a participant as an ECFS Member or in a reduced price category, proof of status or the membership number must be sent to the ECFS Registration Department by the next applicable deadline.
A payment order will be automatically sent to your email address. Please note that payment can only be made by bank transfer.
The ECFS Registration Department will send you a name list template by email once the registration process is completed.
Both the payment and the fully completed name list must be submitted by the next applicable deadline.

The TEAM registration process is as follows:

A team of three people (from the same CF center) is entitled to a Team Ticket.
Team Registration is available only for Allied Health Professionals (Nurses, Psychologists, Physiotherapists, Dieticians, Social Workers, Pharmacists, Laboratory Technicians, and Clinical Research Coordinators).
The badge can be used by one person at a time.

The ECFS Registration Department will send you a name list template by email after the registration process is completed.

No refunds will be issued for registrations that are paid for but not used.
After the group registration deadline (12 May 2026), registrations can only be made individually.
The ECFS Registration Department cannot be held responsible for double bookings of an individual participant or group made by another company or organisation.
