Payment: The registration can be paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) or onsite cash payment in EUR. Please have your credit card and secure code ready if you wish to pay by credit card.

Third Party Registration: If the registration is made by a third party, please ensure that the individual email address and main address reflect the details of the delegate. Only the correspondence email address and invoice address should be used for the third party.

Eligibility for Reduced Fees: To benefit from a reduced registration fee, you must upload proof of enrolment at a recognised clinic, hospital, university or college for both the time of registration and during the congress to be able to complete your registration.

Day Tickets: A maximum of one day ticket per delegate can be booked.

Participant Type

EMAS Member: The reduced registration fee for Members will be granted only to Members with an active membership at the point of registration. To register as a Member, information regarding your membership will be required upon registration.

EMAS Junior Member: The reduced registration fee for Junior Members (up to the age 35) will be granted only to Members with an active membership at the point of registration. To register as a Junior Member, information regarding your date of birth and membership will be required upon registration.

EMAS Member Reduced Fee: Lower/middle-income countries. The reduced registration fee for Members will be granted only to Members with an active membership at the point of registration. To register as a Member, information regarding your membership will be required upon registration.

Student/Fellow/Nurse: To register as a student, fellow or nurse, a proof of eligibility (copy of student ID; an official letter from the clinic, hospital or university confirming that they are a student/fellow/nurse at the time of registration and for the duration of the conference) is required and must be uploaded during the registration process directly on the platform.
