Welcome to the ISPAD 2025 Online Group Registration!

Group Registration is possible for a minimum of 5 registrations. Please carefully complete the following form that will give you the option to register your group members for the face-to-face or the virtual format. All boxes marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory fields. Additional details can be filled in boxes not marked with an asterisk (*). For further information please read the group procedure and check the information below.

Group Registration and Name List Template: As a first step you can order the number of registrations you require. After submitting your group registration you will receive by email a booking overview and an excel name list template to fill in the personal details of your group members.

Payment: The registration must be paid by bank transfer until the next upcoming deadline to profit from the chosen registration fee.

ISPAD Membership: Membership must be valid at the time of registration AND during the conference.

Eligibility for Reduced Registration Fees: To be able to register a group member as a student, fellow or trainee, you must present proof of full-time enrollment at a recognised university or college valid for both the time of registration and during the conference. To be able to register as a nurse, educator, dietitian, psychologist or other healthcare professional a supporting letter with business letterhead, signature and stamp fromthe Head of Department is required describing the status for both the time of the registration and for the time of the conference. Alternatively, you can submit a copy of their registration or practicing certificate or an ID from their institution if the profession is stipulated on it.

Eligibility for Other Reduced Registration Fees: Participants from ‘low-income‘, ‘lower-middle income‘ or ‘upper-middle income‘ countries (as per World Bank categories) can also benefit from reduced registration fees, which are generated according to their country of residence.

Patient Advocates: The patient’s voice is essential. This is why ISPAD is pleased to open its registration to patient representatives and patient advocate associations wishing to spread the word of the scientific community and HCP among the patients. To benefit from the reduced price, please send us proof that you are affiliated to such an association (an email address confirming your affiliation to the community, a link to an article you have authored or regular posts in social media for example). Please note that patient advocate supported by the industry cannot benefit from the reduced fee.
NOTE: Patient Advocate will be identified as such on their name badge. Industry representatives onsite (exhibitors and sponsors) may decide at their own discretion not to interact with you on their stand, in accordance with the good practice and compliance rules of their home country.

Handling of Group Confirmations / Distribution of Name Badges

OPTION 1: The ISPAD 2025 Registration Team will send individual registration confirmations to each of your group members directly. Shortly before the conference attendees will receive in addition a QR code to pick-up their name badge individually. No group pick-up appointment will be offered.

OPTION 2: The ISPAD 2025 Registration Team will send a group confirmation or upon request also individual registration confirmations to the group manager only. The group manager will be offered a group pick-up appointment 3 weeks before the conference to collect all name badges on-site at the registration counter.
