Welcome to the IUIS 2023 online group registration!

Group Registration is possible for a minimum of 5 registrations. Please carefully complete the following form that will give you the option to register your group members for the congress as well as making additional bookings. All boxes marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory fields. Additional details can be filled in boxes not marked with an asterisk (*). For further information please check the information below and read our general terms and conditions also valid for group registration.

Group Registration and name list template: As a first step you can order the number of registrations you require. After submitting your group registration you will receive a booking overview and an excel name list template by email to fill in the personal details of your group members.

Payment: Group registration can be paid by bank transfer only. Please note: Payment must be received by the next upcoming deadline to profit from the chosen registration fee.

Students/Postdocs: To be able to register a group member as a student/postdoc, delegates must present proof of full-time enrolment at a recognized university or college at both the time of registration and during the IUIS 2023 Congress.

FAIS/SAIS Member: The reduced registration fee will be granted only to members living and working in Africa, and associated to the Federation of African Immunological Societies (FAIS) or the South African Immunology Society (SAIS).

Low and low-middle income countries: As stated in World Bank Classification.
