Legacy Project

In Lisbon, ISF is partnering with the International Association of Students in Agriculture and Related Sciences (IAAS), the Portuguese national seed association (ANSEME), and the University of Lisbon to support a community vegetable garden as a legacy project.

This initiative will feature hands-on training and communication programs designed for students and the broader community. Through these activities, we aim to build practical agricultural skills while raising awareness about sustainable food systems.

The garden’s harvest will be donated to the Lisbon Food Bank (Banco Alimentar), providing fresh, nutritious produce that contributes directly to local food security.

Would you or your organization be interested in learning more and potentially participating in this meaningful initiative? Your engagement could make a valuable difference for the community and help empower the next generation of agricultural leaders.
