Welcome to the UEG Week 2025 accommodation booking system!
UEG Week 2025 will take place at Messe Berlin, Entrance: City Cube
You can book up to nine rooms via this online system and you can also search by the number of rooms available. For bookings of 10 or more rooms, please contact the UEG Week 2025 Accommodation Team with your needs at uegweek.housing@kit-group.org.
If your preferred hotel is not available for your selected dates or if you have questions, please contact the UEG Week 2025 Accommodation Team (c/o K.I.T. Group, the official housing provider for UEG Week 2025) at uegweek.housing@kit-group.org.

The booking process at a glance:
Please enter your arrival and departure dates, add your preferred filter options, select your sort preference, and then press “Search”.
To view more information about a hotel, including available room types and their prices, click the “Starting from” button.
All prices are in Euros and show the room rate per night including breakfast, VAT and city tax.
Once you have selected your hotel, you will need to enter your personal information on the pages that follow.
On the “Overview” page, you can amend your choice or book additional rooms.
You will then need to add your credit card to complete the booking.
