Welcome to the ESICM LIVES 2023 Congress Online Registration for Groups

The group registration is possible for a minimum of 5 registrations only.

Please complete the following form carefully. All boxes marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory fields.

As a first step you can order the number of registrations you require only. After submitting your group registration you will receive a registration information/payment order by email. Additionally we will send you an excel name list template to fill in the personal details of your group members.

All group registrations can be paid by bank transfer only.

After your payment and your excel name list was received, we will send you a group registration confirmation.
