Letter of Invitation

It is your responsibility to investigate the visa requirements for Switzerland and apply for a visa, if necessary. You may request a letter of invitation from the organisers. This document should be submitted to the embassy when applying for a visa. You first need to register for the congress and pay in full before a letter of invitation is sent to your email address. The letter of Invitation does not financially oblige the congress organisers in any way. All costs incurred in connection with the congress are the sole responsibility of the participant.

Yes
