Welcome to AIDS 2024 group registration

AIDS 2024, the 25th International AIDS Conference, will take place in Munich, Germany, and virtually from 22 to 26 July 2024, with pre-conferences on 20 and 21 July.

Group registration is only applicable to registrations of five people or more. The company or organization requesting a group registration must nominate one group manager who will administer the group booking. It is the sole responsibility of the group manager to distribute all relevant conference information to the group members.

Important notes:
- You must complete all steps before submitting your group registration.
- Your group registration will not be confirmed until we have received your group registration and payment in full and we have received and approved all required supporting documents (if applicable).
- You can pay for your group registration by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) for amounts up to USD 10,000 or bank transfer for amounts over USD 10,000.

Sharing of contact details with conference sponsors

The contact details (full name, home address, participant type, email and healthcare professional status) of delegates who agree (below) to share their contact details will be shared periodically with the following conference sponsors, in countries where legislation might not ensure an adequate level of data protection:

- ViiV Healthcare, UK

The above mentioned conference sponsors may use these contact details only to contact delegates regarding activities at the conference or other communications that may be of interest.
