If you need a letter of invitation for a visa application, you will need to provide your passport number in the registration form.

To pay by bank transfer, you need to select the "Bank Transfer" button, and payment information will be provided via email. If you have a registration code provided by an IHA staff member, please enter it in the designated field in the registration form.

Letter of invitation

It is your responsibility to investigate visa requirements for France and apply for a visa, if necessary. You may request a letter of invitation from IHA by ticking the box below. The letter of invitation will be sent to the email address you provided and should be submitted to the embassy when applying for a visa. We strongly advise that you do not complete your registration (i.e., do not make the payment for your registration until your application has been approved). You should select the option ‘Bank transfer’ under payment. You will receive an email with the option to pay via bank transfer or credit card once your visa application has been approved.
